A Hat? Ivy playtime...

As I was cleaning out some junk, Ivy found some fun things to play in. She's recently gotten into the idea of putting things on her head and walking around... hats, collanders, bags, you name it.

She brought me the brown bag, so I thought it would be fun to cut holes in it. She walked around for ten minutes before ripping the bag apart.

And maybe it's just me.. but look at how grown up my baby is?

A trip to the park, in January?

We've had unseasonably warm temperatures this last week. It should be snowing but instead it's in the low 70s and we're goign to the park. I saw some melting snow on the ground but nothing you could play in. My friend and I decided to walk to the park last Wednesday. I wore capris. Winter, bah!

Ivy's favorite things to do at the park were go down the silde and swing. She would climb up the stairs and slide right down... silly girl! She's got an adventurous side.

I tried to catch a good shot of her and the mountains, but she seemed more interested in the dead grass.

Ivy and her daddy

Ivy had a wonderful time with her daddy over Christmas. She loved having him around all the time... and enjoyed all that he has for her.

Ivy is the chip eater. Everytime Phil brings his chips out, Ivy goes into attack mode. She loves his Fritos and Doritos.

Here Ivy is in her Christmas dress, thanks to Grandma Terry. What a beautiful dress.
